1 lb Swiss Cheese ,No Salt Added
1/2 c Skim Milk
1/4 c Egg Substitute,Or One Whole Egg
2 t Sodium Free Baking Powder

Cut cheese into 1/2 inch sticks. Heat oil in deep fryer or saucepan to 375 degrees. Combine flour and baking powder. Beat 1 cup of flour mixture, milk and egg with fork until smooth. Coat cheese sticks lightly with dry flour mix and insert round wooden pick in each cube. Dip into batter, covering cheese completely. Fry several sticks at a time, turning carefully until golden brown (1 to 2 minutes). Drain on paper towel.

How to Make Buffalo Wings
Who needs to order out buffalo wings for the big game, when you can make buffalo wings right at home? This buffalo wings recipe is not only tasty, but very easy. How much better can it get?

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
Things You'll Need:

* Chicken wings
* Cooking oil
* Large pot
* Grill OR oven and pan
* Hot sauce
* Butter
* Worchestershire sauce

Step 1 Heat about 3 inches of cooking oil in a large pot over medium high heat, there should be several inches left above to allow for adding buffalo wings. Heat oil until about 350 degrees F.

Step 2 Slowly add a few buffalo wings, I cook about 10 wings at a time. Let the buffalo wings fry until golden brown and floating, which should take 5 – 10 minutes. Use tongs or a slotted spoon to remove buffalo wings to a paper towel lined plate. Repeat process until all wings are cooked.

Step 3 Melt about a cup of butter, add a couple cups of hot sauce and several dashes Worcestershire sauce. Let buffalo wings set in sauce for about 5 minutes. If you like more heat, use less butter. If you want milder buffalo wings, use equal parts of each butter, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 4 Finish off buffalo wings over hot grill, turning wings frequently to prevent burning, this should take about 5 more minutes. OR you can put the buffalo wings on a baking dish and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. If you like your buffalo wings good and wet, you can skip this step completely, or redip your buffalo wings in sauce after this step.

Even though boneless Buffalo wings are made with healthy white-meat chicken, they’re usually deep-fried and drenched in hot sauce laced with butter. The solution: chicken tenders are dredged in seasoned whole-wheat flour and cornmeal, pan-fried in only a small amount of oil and then drizzled with a tangy hot pepper sauce. With a fraction of the fat, calories and sodium, these boneless wings are reason enough to throw a party.

Makes 8 servings (2 “wings,” 1/2 cup vegetables & 2 tablespoons dip each)

ACTIVE TIME: 30 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 40 minutes

EASE OF PREPARATION: Easy

Spicy Blue Cheese Dip
2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Wings & Vegetables
3 tablespoons nonfat buttermilk (see Tip)
3 tablespoons hot sauce, such as Frank’s RedHot, divided
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar, divided
2 pounds chicken tenders (see Ingredient Note)
6 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
6 tablespoons cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
2 cups carrot sticks
2 cups celery sticks

1. To prepare dip: Whisk sour cream, blue cheese, 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
2. To prepare wings: Whisk buttermilk, 2 tablespoons hot sauce and 2 tablespoons vinegar in a large bowl until combined. Add chicken; toss to coat. Transfer to the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, whisk flour and cornmeal in a shallow dish. Whisk the remaining 1 tablespoon hot sauce and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a small bowl; set aside.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and roll in the flour mixture until evenly coated. (Discard remaining marinade and flour mixture.) Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon cayenne.
5. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add half the chicken, placing each piece in a little oil. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil and chicken, reducing the heat if necessary to prevent burning. Transfer to the platter. Drizzle the chicken with the reserved hot sauce mixture. Serve with carrots, celery and Spicy Blue Cheese Dip.

It can also trick you into taking too much food in at that one meal, or snacking too much in between.
A person can’t live on coffee and water forever.
Try eating 3 meals a day with smaller portions, and a little bit of exercise. Try walking around the block a few times a week, and then gradually increase the distance.
Maybe get your brother and mother in too. It could help them.

Red Chicken Curry (Gaeng Dang Gai)
1 1/2 pounds chicken, boned, cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups coconut milk, separated
1 T fish sauce
1 1/2 T red curry paste
1/3 cup bamboo shoots
3 fresh chilies, to taste
Add other vegetables to taste,
Thai egg plant, carrots, or bell peppers

In wok or deep frying pan, boil together the chicken, 1 cup coconut milk, and fish sauce until meat is tender. Remove the chciken to plate with a slotted spoon and continue boiling until the milk thickens and becomes oily. Add the curry paste and continue cooking, stirring to help mix the paste, for a few more minutes. Return the chicken to the wok when the mixture is smooth and the paste has released its aroma. Pour in the remaining coconut milk and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add vegetables and chilies. Increase heat and boil again for 5 minutes.

This gives them a large SA through which they can dissipate heat, without a drastic increase in the volume of the animal. 5) A whole potato takes a long time to bake because the heat takes time to penetrate through. Because a potato is spherical, it has a very low SA/V ratio, which means it will take a long time for the heat to enter all that volume because it only has a small surface through which it can.

I think it's good that you're transferring to another college in the fall, if you weren't I'd be worried, that way you won't have to deal with your mum for the rest of your life. 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. white wine
Salt, pepper & parsley
Lemon slices (may be added as garnish)

Sprinkle cutlets with flour. Heat oil and butter. Saute chicken until brown. Add lemon, salt and pepper and parsley. Chicken cooks until thoroughly done. Remove chicken from the pan. Scrape pan. Add wine or water to make sauce and return chicken to pan. Add lemon garnish and enjoy!

I would imagine that you could break the contract since they've already broken their side. Call the gym and speak with a manager. Be very nice and explain the situation. They may already be aware and be more than happy to help. If they aren't then ask to speak with a Regional Manager or high. Just keep going up the chain. I'm sorry you are going through this and have no emotional support. I know how you feel. I havent been in the exact same situation but my mom is pretty mean too and nothing is ever lived up to expectation. The best advice I can give you, is to find a school you like and apply for financial aid. My school supplies me with full tuition paid and $1500 per quarter. This may help you afford to live on your own, even if you can only afford a studio. Just remember that when your filling it out, even though you are currently living with your mom, you have to say that you arent or they will account her income and probably deny you financial aid. There is a movie on NetFlix called "Fathead" it is also on Hulu. Watch it! Another movie you NEED to watch on Youtube is 'Sugar the Bitter Truth". Look I am not an Atkins Diet advocate! But, when I decided to lose weight, I avoid carbs and grams of sugar in my meals. Those potatos you have in your meal might as well be two candy bars. Carbohydrates for the most part equal to nothing but SUGAR (*and I hate caps). Cut your sugar, cut out all your carbohydrates.

I know… You wanna ask or "AXE" what is a good day's meal plan? Well, not everything in your life you want, sometimes you gotta re-teach yourself. Here is my diet in a day:

BREFFUS: Low card wrap with 30 grams of chicken breast protein and lettuce.

LUNCH: Half baked Chicken Breast, either an apple or another raw fruit or veggie (*i Like to have a raw bell pepper or raw whole cucumber)

DinnAr: Basically a piece of meat the size of a deck of cards and enough cooked or uncooked veggies to fill me up. Go ahead, eat a whole bunch of veggies! Steam them, boil them, bake them, avoid starchy ones though.

The problem is the carbohydrates, watch the movies. I dropped 55 pounds in 4.5 months. I DID do cardo 4-5 a week on a spin bike 45min at a time and am a big arse dude, but my weight loss did not occur until I dropped thhe majority of carbs from my diet. Get it in your head… Veggies, fruit, and meat! cut out Milk (*too much sugar), dairy, potatos, rice, brown rice, starch, bread (*whole grain, brown, dark, whole wheat, Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo) hell not even yams!!! Ir depends on what the contract says – andd fitness centers are notoriously slippery with their contracts. You might want to have a lawyer look over the contract. If the contract says the membership included the $50 per month for gas and groceries, you should be able to get out of this or at least get your monthly payment reduced to the $9. If that part was verbal and not in the contract, you're stuck for it.

There is no way to avoid this since everyone else hates this job. The part-timers or "new guys" always get stuck doing it. You can sometimes turn this into a "positive" if you do only this job. No one messes with you when you are cleaning pots and pans and dishes. And you can even listen to music while you are washing since you can't leave the sink to do any other jobs until the dishes are all done. Some of the big pots can take 10 minutes apiece to even start to get clean..

I personally enjoy the taste of Silk Soy Milk. I use vanilla flavored over my cereals and granolas but for cooking and non-sweet use I prefer the original Silk Light Soy Milk.

There is another one that I've used that tasted like regular milk and it comes in a box called Organic Rice Dream in regular. I like this, but I prefer Silk.
